Processing time and delivery time
After we receive your order, we prepare your parcel for dispatch within 3 to 5 working days. The delivery times stated below include this processing time as well as the subsequent transit time.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For advance payment, the period begins on the day after the payment order is issued; for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded.
The times stated are usual transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates. For international shipments, delivery may be delayed if the parcel undergoes customs clearance or inspection in the destination country. This is beyond our control.
Destination countries
We ship to Germany, to all countries of the European Union and to many other countries worldwide. You can see whether we deliver to your country during checkout: if your country can be selected and a shipping option is displayed, delivery is possible.
Customs duties and import charges outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, other import charges and customs clearance or handling fees charged by the carrier may apply.
These amounts are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs. They are levied by the competent authority or the delivery service and are payable by the recipient, usually upon delivery.
The amount and applicability of such charges are governed by the law of the destination country and may change. We can neither predict nor influence them. Please check the applicable thresholds and rates with the customs authority in your country before ordering.
Undelivered or uncollected parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address was incomplete or incorrect, because acceptance was refused, because the parcel was not collected from a branch, parcel locker or collection point, or because applicable customs duties and import charges were not paid, we deduct the costs actually incurred by us from any refund due and pay out the remaining amount.
These costs include in particular outbound and return shipping costs, customs duties and import charges, customs clearance, handling and storage fees, as well as payment service provider fees to the extent that these are not refunded to us. We only deduct costs actually incurred and will provide evidence of them on request.
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away – as long as the parcel has not yet left our premises, the address can easily be corrected.
The statutory rights of consumers in the EU and EEA in the event of a valid withdrawal remain unaffected.
